Wearing of NPZ Letters Guide

Navy Blue Letter- Reserved for Sorors who have successfully completed the Lunar Process.

• Completed a minimum of 10hrs of community service, during the lunar process

• Successfully complete the sixty-day mentorship program

 

Fuchsia Letters- Reserved for Sorors who has successfully completed 12months of service 

• Completed 85hrs of community service

• No fines or suspensions

•  2 referrals; 1 referral completed the Enlistment of Sisterhood 

• Updated Soror Biography that lists crossing date, Committees/ positions held

  • A review board of Fuchsia Letter Wearers must conduct an interview and select a minimum of 7 candidates  

  • 2/3 votes of confidence in leadership ability from Fuchsia Letter Committee during interview disciplinary actions, verbal or written for a period of 90 days consecutively.

• Served ACTIVELY on a committee for eight months.

• Be financial on all accounts without lapse in your financial obligation to the sisterhood. 

 

Antique Gold Letters- Reserved for Sorors who has successfully completed 48months of service 

• Completed 255 hrs of community service,

• No Fines or suspensions

• 4 referrals; 2referral completed the Enlistment of Sisterhood 

• Updated Soror Biography that lists crossing date, Committees/ positions held

  • A review board of Fuchsia Letter Wearers must conduct an interview and select a minimum of 7 candidates  

  • 2/3 votes of confidence in leadership ability from Fuchsia Letter Committee during interview disciplinary actions, verbal or written for a period of 90 days consecutively.

• Served ACTIVELY on a committee for eight months.

• Be financial on all accounts without lapse in your financial obligation to the sisterhood. 

• Have served or serving as a member of the grand national council, or chapter leadership for 24 months.

• Have been a Fuchsia letter wearer for a minimum of 24 months and Soror of the LOBAS for a minimum of four years CONSECUTIVELY.

• No disciplinary actions for a period of 24months.

• Have completed all required quarterly and annual workshops and training.

•  Has been recommended or awarded LOBAS of the quarter.

• Be financially current on all accounts and dues for four years without lapse.

 

White Letters- Reserved for Sorors who has successfully completed 48 months of service 

• Reserved for Sorors who have successfully completed or currently serving their term on Grand Nation position (excluding committee members).

• Including polo shirts

 

Platinum Letters- Reserved only for Pioneers
